X-ray. Paid pilot. Engine.
Fixed fees quoted in writing, staged autonomy, and a measurement protocol we commit to upfront.
Three stages. One rulebook.
Funnel X-ray
One to two weeks. Read-only access or your own exports; for Content Engine engagements, no account access is needed at all. You get a written report with quantified leaks and a measurement protocol. Fixed fee, quoted in writing before we start.
Recommend-only pilot
The engine proposes; your team approves every action. Value is measured against the protocol we committed to in the report.
Engine live
Staged autonomy with caps and a kill switch you control. Monthly value report; numbers, not adjectives.
Priced on value, started in writing.
The X-ray is a fixed fee. Engine pricing scales with value: a percentage of managed ad spend for the Profit Engine, volume tiers for the Content Engine. Nothing starts without your written sign-off.
Numbers, not adjectives.
We commit the measurement protocol upfront: holdout or geo controls where the account structure allows, and we say so when it does not. Before/after ROAS in a volatile market is theater.
Why not an agency?
Agencies bill hours and react weekly; the engine acts around the clock under rules your team set.
Why not in-house?
This is a system plus an operator, not a headcount.
Why governed?
In volatile, regulated markets the expensive failure is the unreviewed action; every action here is gated, logged and capped.
We run a small number of engagements at a time; X-rays are scheduled, not queued.
Asked and answered.
Is this safe? What do you access?+
No passwords, ever. Access is read-only, through official invites you can revoke in one click. In the pilot stage, nothing changes without your approval.
Why not just use ChatGPT in-house?+
You can generate drafts with any AI tool. What you cannot buy off the shelf is the operation: grounding in your live data, gates that block unsafe drafts, and a system that keeps publishing at 06:40 on a holiday. We sell the running system, not the words.
What if you disappear tomorrow?+
Everything the engine produces lives in your CMS and your accounts. If we vanished tomorrow, you keep every asset and every log.
What happens to our data?+
Your data stays in your accounts; we store derived metrics and logs, not your customer data.
Can we stop?+
You can stop at any stage; access is yours to revoke.
